We are having our garage sale as I type, it has gone well this morning and we have already sold a bunch of stuff. We are doing it tomorrow too, so if anyone needs more junk, come on by!
We had our inspection yesterday, a few minor things (most of which were things that were here before we moved in), nothing major, we are just waiting to hear from the buyer.

Hey Katie! I happend onto your blog from Elaine's. Seems like things are going well for you guys. Your "babies" are getting so big. Maybe this summer we will get to have another rommie reunion! I hope things are good!
