Seth had a busy day working today, so the kids and I went to the zoo. They enjoyed seeing the animals and I took the super zoom lens on the camera to play with. Here are a few of the pictures I took:

Since I had the zoom lens on, I had to stand like 30 feet away from the kids to get a picture of them, and I didn't want to look like a weirdo yelling at them from that far away to get their attention, but here is one that I did take of them.

I need to know what kind of camera you have because it takes such clear photos. All your pictures are great! I definitely need to come down to visit!
I probably do not want to pay the price- but I want to know about the camera. I miss having something with a good zoom lens. I have not been happy since my last Pentax 35 mm with a zoom. Your pics are wonderful.
It is a Nikon D40. Seth got it off ebay and it came with two extra lenses and other things. I am really happy with it. I told Seth that I wanted a really good digital camera that will last a long time and he asked a photographer friend and they said recommend this one.
